TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator

SALARY: $35,000-$40,000


LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Full Time, Permanent

  • Customer service, answering phone calls
  • Scheduling deliveries with customers
  • Creating schedule for delivery team
  • Creating schedule for customer service team
  • Receiving shipments
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Purchase order entry
  • Claims
  • Creating receiving in STYLES (internal CRM; training will be provided)
  • Creating sticker from receiving’s
  • Calculating Landed Cost
  • Customer Service - service issues
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required
  • Tracking Orders for customers and sales staff
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in common software packages. e.g. MS Office, Email, Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in delivery scheduling/logistics and furniture a very strong asset
