Sales Administrator

TITLE: Sales Administrator

SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000/year + bonus + pension

LOCATION: Mississauga, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Full time , permanent

  • Participate in month end/year end process ensuring proper spending by program (GR accruals)
  • Monitor & follow up with PPO & BSC related Purchase Requisition SAP transactional functionality issues
  • Development and follow up of purchase requisitions for the Sales & Marketing group for all Overhead, AP & Distribution and CAPEX budget related projects
  • SAP Purchase Orders reviews on a monthly basis and problem solving
  • Ensure seamless PR/PO process while adhering to all policies
  • Understand internal budget approval process
  • Track and monitor all invoice spending by promotional budget, project and Internal Order ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation against all budgeted projects and follow up and review of invoice aging report
  • To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager
  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma would be an asset
  • 2-5 years administrative experience in consumer goods - marketing and sales is an asset
  • SAP experience is required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, accountability
  • A self-motivated and team oriented individual with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge and skill level with MS Office products
  • Strong Analytical ability and understanding of budget control & reconciliation
  • Bilingual is a strong asset ( English & French)
