Office Administrator (Part Time)


TITLE: Office Administrator (Part Time)

SALARY: $15-17/hour

LOCATION: Woodbrdige, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary, Part Time (20 hours/week)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle all incoming reception calls
  • Greet incoming visitors
  • Arrange for couriers
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Filing and scanning
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Provide some basic sales quotes periodically
  • Order office supplies
  • Various administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Accounting knowledge/experience a definite asset
  • Advanced level skills with MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
