TITLE: Office Administrator (Part Time)
SALARY: $15-17/hour
LOCATION: Woodbrdige, ON
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary, Part Time (20 hours/week)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all incoming reception calls
- Greet incoming visitors
- Arrange for couriers
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Filing and scanning
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Provide some basic sales quotes periodically
- Order office supplies
- Various administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Accounting knowledge/experience a definite asset
- Advanced level skills with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
