Customer Service Representative


TITLE: Customer Service Representative

SALARY: $14/hr

LOCATION: Markham, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Part time, contract

SHIFT: 8:30am - 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting customers over the phone regarding product details, services available, and their accounts
  • Processing purchase orders and inputting information into ERP software
  • Assisting customers with navigating on website and reporting any technical difficulties to management
  • Assisting with packaging and shipping through preferred couriers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year's experience in a call center/customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
