Administrative Clerk

TITLE: Administrative Clerk

SALARY: $14-15/hr


LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary contract

  • Scanning invoices & electronic filing
  • Keep an up-to-date filing system of all relevant customer information
  • Enter data in accordance with specified format
  • Typing and preparing correspondence
  • Photocopying and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Previous office, customer service, distribution experience considered an asset
  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized and be able to work with little supervision
  • Strong data entry (efficient and accurate) for high-volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
