Bilingual Customer Service Representative


TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

SALARY: $14/hr

LOCATION: Toronto, ON

*Work remotely from home once training is completed*

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 1 year +

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle inbound calls from clients in both English and French
  • Address client concerns and provide resolutions
  • Create work orders
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Liaise with different departments to dispatch technicians to complete orders
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Update work order status
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidates must be fully bilingual (French/English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have high speed internet access and the ability to work from home days, evenings, overnight and weekend shifts
  • All hardware and equipment will be supplied by the client
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is considered an asset
