TITLE: Senior Administrator

SALARY: Based on Experience

LOCATION: Aurora, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with administrative support to VP of procurement
  • Presentation material research
  • Management and board meeting preparation
  • Maintain confidential files
  • Minute transcription
  • Customer employee event planning
  • Catering arrangments
  • Coordination of business travel arrangements
  • Reception backup
  • Verify expense reports
  • Keep track of department budget expenditures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 + years of relevant office administration experience
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as a team environment
