Bilingual Order Entry Representative

TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

SALARY: $45,000 - $48,000/year

LOCATION: Mississauga, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Full time, Permanent

  • Liaise with customers to ensure requirements are met
  • Check phone messages and return any necessary calls
  • Check e-mails (print any orders and process them and answer any requests)
  • Send all confirmations for orders that have been received via email
  • Work on all customer requests/inquiries
  • Communicate to all appropriate departments involved in requests/requirements
  • French speaking – Bilingualism is a must
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills – email, word, excel, fax
  • Post secondary education
